We just bought a new house and although the lights of the dishwasher would turn on, it did not seem to latch. Bruce came over and gave us a $10 discount on the service call. He said that there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher, it was just that it was installed in too tight a space. He brought the dishwasher out about an inch and it worked fine.
